I would say it is time to consult experts and to the other vehicle. Your in an accident? If so, there are many places that could penetrate where water puddle on the floor. Is it in the rain or at any time? Also check the levels of the coolant to make sure that the heater will not.
(Here are my experience with this problem:) As far as cooling coils under the dash on the pasenger side. These coils draw water and drain to the outside. Must pass at least on the outside. Please note that your air conditioner will run if you use the thawing. Therefore, if you pasenger water on the floor, where the cooling coils may need to be blocked or a pipe that fell outsideCoils. Ask your favorite mechanic check it out.

My feeling is that perhaps a hole in the fairing inner panel. It is also the car, the white horse? Could you come through the floor. These are of course only speculate, but a shop premises should be able to identify the problem!
