I am a former chef and not the Japanese style soup, Cantonese Chinese, and here in Canada, the majority live in Toronto, ON I sell them at a restaurant in some, but not cheap and for 2 people I saw the menu for each $ 12-15.00 and wings must be soaked and the soup itself takes 20 minutes to cook, so it's not something they have prepared and spoon into a bowl, like cattle or drop tons of soup egg.
