No Forminal Stenosis I Have Cervical Forminal Stenosis, Bulging Disc In C5-C6.is That Bad?

I have cervical forminal stenosis, bulging disc in C5-C6.is that bad? - no forminal stenosis

Well, one can in constant pain, severe eventulaly.

Stenosis (narrowing) of the foramina
Is able to compress the nerve roots as they exit the spine.
May symptoms include local pain, radiating to the arm, numbness /
Tingling in the neck and / or arms / hands, weakness, muscle length (neck or arm).
A history of trauma is not necessary for the development of stenosis of the foramen
Although the problems of the intervertebral disc is a condition that are frequently associated.

I recommend that you maintain a good relationship with doctors who are aware of this diagnosis. At some point you may want to consider an operation to relieve the stenosis. If you do not, the close relationship now, when you really need the surgery can take several years to cycle through all the steps that need to try before surgery will treat an extension to severe pain.

The recommendation, physically fit, to strengthen the muscles is excellent advice

Maybe. Go to some specialists (orthopedic surgeons). Get more than 2 comments. Try to avoid an operation, if the choice you will never be the same if you do after the surgery.
However, physical therapy can help and time, of course. I hope not too serious. Happiness .....
