Cast Iron Stock Pot Thick Cast Iron Skillet - Best Used For What? And Why?

Thick Cast Iron Skillet - best used for what? and why? - cast iron stock pot

I cleaned my family attic and found many of my grandmother. Most are rusty, but it could well save a few texts. I have some very large kitchen - pots and pans made of iron, etc. ..
I usually use non-stick cookware, and even those who are old enough, and not as Teflon as stickon and more !!!...
My questions are
1. Cast Iron Skillet is best?
2. Yoo How to prevent that meat stuck to the pan, if Browning?
Thank you!

Cast iron pans are best for frying chicken. And fried egg. They are very good, the only thing to use my grandmother. lol

And I recommend that you give a good, clean and oil put on them.
Too! Never, never let them dry in the air, which is oxidized, place it on a low burner being dried. =]
